2024/2025 Re-Up

We've been really busy on other projects for a few months, but still want to get TrackShift into Private Alpha.

Our strategy for the next few weeks is to get the app:

• in a state where it works for Gringo and PITP - our first pilot labels.
• into private alpha so that we can slowly onboard other labels, hand holding for now
• processing some more formats

To Do:

• Test app's current status with new Gringo data
• Get app onto the server
• Move app to alpha.trackshift.app w/ Authwave in front of it
• Can we restrict access (no registration allowed)?
