How do we use Github's Projects?

I've just had a notification that you've set up a new project board. It looks like it's a private project that's tracking some issues, and I've not seen this interface before (I think it's a new Github feature).

Projects is the one last feature we're not fully utilising in this project, so it'd be good to learn how it works and embrace it fully.

Something to talk about in our next meeting, unless you want to enlighten me here.
