Revised to be more general, not just about PRS. |

What value are we trying to add?
Giving users the ability to combine all their statements into one historical Dashboard so that they may get the complete picture about what they are earning from their music.
Reason: Artists receive royalty payments quarterly from PROs, and periodically by their labels, distributors, publishers - all of which may appear in multiples for different projects and territories. There is currently no way to combine all of this royalty data into one view.
What does it look like?
Feature: Statement Upload and Processing
In order to combine and reformat music royalties data into something i can quickly understand
As an artist user
I need to be able to upload a file and have it processed
Rules:
Scenario: Uploading a Statement
Given that I have one or more royalty statement .csv file
When I user upload them
Then I should see that they have been uploaded
And that they are being processed
Scenario: Viewing a Processed Statement
Given that a statement has been processed
When I view my dashboard
Then I should see the data from the statement
Scenario: Uploading a new Statement when one a more statements have already been processed
Given that there is a "Statement" that has been processed
When I upload a new "Statement"
Then it should be processed
And I should be able to see the combined data
And I should be able to see the data for a single "Statement"

Pictured: A pivot table of one old PRS statementHere we list out works (tunes) and their combined earnings.
We should store ALL of the CSV data against the tune, but here we only need to use title / amount, and also 'date' so that the user can view data from a single statement or view a list of statements where a work has had earnings.
e.g. Title: Night Sun
December 2020 | £2.00
April 2021 | £10.00
Note: No auth required for this initial scenario to be met.
TBD: how we temp store the processed data + how we remove it if the user doesn't register (which is the ethical thing to do)
