Instruction page with Next button disabled appearing repeatedly

Just pulled the latest code and compiled and that issue has started appearing repeatedly. unable to do anything with login functionality. Please fix it asap.

steps to reproduce:

1. Make sure you are not running iguana core and any other daemons
2. Open up the index.html in browser
3. click on login button

After executing step(3), you will be observing instruction page indicating no daemon running.

@ed888 your "issue" seems to me "by design". If no backend is responding then it's correct behaviour. If Iguana Core is not detected then gui automatically runs coind mode.

I noticed another issue if no backend is running.
steps to reproduce:

• Make sure you are not running iguana core and any other daemons
• Open up the index.html#/signup in browser
• Observe that gui is allowing you to traverse between create wallet steps

@arkadig please have a look and fix the issue. Expected behaviour is to show the flow modal. Users should not be permitted to access login/create wallet if no backend is detected.
