[Suggestion] Add a biome blacklist/whitelist to make it simpler to disable waves in certain biomes where it doesn't make sense

A biome whitelist or blacklist would make waves in random large pools of water not spawn waves, which breaks immersion. I think this mod is cool, but sometimes the waves can be a bit distracting in rivers and such.
