How can I solve the problem of glowing waves at night?

everything is fine in the morning and during the day, but when evening and night come, the waves start to glow. When I first created the build, I added a mod or something else, and the problem went away. However, when I decided to delete the build and start over, the problem returned. Even if I don't use any mods and only use this mod, the waves still glow.
