Find a good solution for HTML lenses

I've tried each of the following and run into various problems with each of them.

- https://hackage.haskell.org/package/hexpat-lens
- https://hackage.haskell.org/package/xml-html-conduit-lens
- https://hackage.haskell.org/package/xml-lens

When I get back to this issue I'll re-survey them and include details of the problems with each here.
