Did you try this one? https://davidwells.io/blog/publishing-flat-npm-packages-for-easier-import-paths-smaller-consumer-bundle-sizes Looks promising and would avoid you having the auth0.js on a top-level. Just wanted to share it, because I noticed your tweet about this topic recently.
