Colorful chatlog feature: - on chat-window & chat-palette, before name is a color-picker button - character's data-xml will store store the picked-color on chat-palette - on chat-tab setting, we can export colorful chatlog

Well, we can do change the message's color on Udonarium, but it will be slightly ugly, so I just use a color symbol showing the message color. Additionally, the color-picker button may be enhanced. Now it doesn't seems like a button.
