Remove user only removes the first entry

Firstly, remove-user is not in the user guide, so I dont know the exact specification or expected output.

Secondly, removing only the first entry may not reach the functionality requirement as it is very possible that you have 2 customers with the same name, so how do I choose the correct one to remove should be explored, e.g. by index from the list.
