Make it possible to register dashboards, widget groups and widgets by PHP #102
Description
Currently it is only possible to define dashboards, widget groups and widgets by a yaml file. As an extension developer I would like to use a PHP API to add dashboards, widget groups and widgets. I can add my own conditions and am more flexible than the yaml file that already starts to get complicated.
