Error while applying last session filter

What happened?

Application tries to repeatedly apply last session filter

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to an database
2. Change to another Schema
3. Apply an filter to any table
4. Close and open again

Environment

OS: macOS Tahoe 26.4 (25E5223i) arm64
TablePro: 0.16.0

@carlosqsilva Seem like it still have persist tab/query from the old one, could you please try press OK until it not display alert again?

i didnt have multiple query on my previous session only one
