Swipe functionality

Along with the onTapped callback, I think it would be super helpful for the user to be able to acknowledge, but ignore the message by swiping left or right (both Android and iOS do this). Right now, users either need to wait out the delay or tap on the message bar to interact.

Thoughts?

hm. interesting thought. I think it's important, but with how many features are being requested I think a better solution may be to make MessageBarManager more open and easier to interact with, so people could create their own message bar if they wished. as you know @jeaye I'm not the original creator of this library so I'm hesitant to take any major steps with it, but it's something that's been on my mind for a while. back to your original issue though, I suppose the message bar could be wrapped in a gesture Responder that would trigger a callback. I have too many commitments with school right now to work on it but I'll leave this open and come back to it when I get a chance.
