Automatically retrieve spam and malware information

Possible solutions:

• add a SPAM button to TM that reports into a DB (needs manual review)
• collect information from userscripts.org issues section of every script (maybe resuse https://code.google.com/p/tampermonkey/source/browse/trunk/src/system/tamperfireDB.tamper.js for somethin similiar) and sumarize that
• periodically check the issues page of every script installed from uso.org
