The example is simplified one and I have a type which has a lot of nested types so it causes a delay, but I don't need the nested types at all.
If not, I'm not sure if it's implementable, but how about initially displaying only the direct child fields? Then, when the next field name is entered, the subsequent child fields would be inferred:
