Migrate Bitbucket Pipeline script to GitHub Actions #9
Description
There are currently two Git repositories for the L&L docs: this current one and an older repo on Bitbucket that actually publishes it. Changes in the older one has caused the two repos to diverge, requiring manual merge conflict resolution.
The Bitbucket pipeline script that publishes to the docs site should be migrated to use GitHub Actions. And the old repo deprecated, so development is entirely moved to this new repo.
