Configurable Grant Permissions

I would like to give my admins some access to UltraPermissions such as being able to give players specific ranks but I do not want to give them full access to the plugin or access to grant all ranks.
It would be nice if you had an option to enable rank granting and then be able to choose what ranks they are able to grant users.

That way my admins can give donator ranks if the shop fails to do so but they are not able to give someone the admin rank.
