Unable to specific the StartupDirectory in the command line

Currently we are using deadline not deadline cloud. Please note the current set up we have is that the repo and the worker node are separate storage and informed by AWS that currently there is no way for us to specific in the cli for SubmitJob and ask them to look for the script in a separate location.

Currently the work around will be using the python plugin but will be good for us to have this achieve in the command line

If I'm understanding correctly, you have a custom plugin that is available in the Worker's Repository, but not visible/available in the Submission machine's repository? If I have that right, I'm curious to hear the reasoning behind needing this kind of setup; having the submission/render time repositories out of sync like that breaks a lot of assumptions that are inherent to Deadline 10's architecture.

I do think it'd be neat to have a Plugin that is submitted alongside a Job though (perhaps as Auxiliary Files), if that's the direction you're going. Would make testing new plugin changes less disruptive to the rest of the farm.
