Estimate group prior in Kong 2022 ArealMSHBM #57

Expected situation
In Kong 2022 ArealMSHBM, the step of estimating the group prior requires opening multiple MATLAB sessions to run the parent job and child jobs in parallel.
Actual situation
If the number of subjects needed for estimating the group prior is relatively small, such as in the example provided by the authors with only 2 subjects, I can start multiple MATLAB sessions simultaneously in multiple terminal windows. However, if there are many subjects, such as 40, is there a more efficient method for running the parent job and child jobs in parallel?
I am not familiar with parallel processing in MATLAB and would like to seek help.
