Expected Behavior

ImmersiveControlPanel, aka Settings, should be whitelisted for access from WinBoat's many shortcuts.

Current Behavior

Settings gets skipped by the application lister as it is a System Application thus is disqualified.

Possible Solution

Simply make a whitelist that includes Settings to NOT skip when listing installed applications.
