Description

@dominichayesferen

Feature Description

What it says on the tin - in the guest, provide a replacement stub default browser, in a fashion similar to WINE, that sends a signal to WinBoat on the host to open the host's default browser to the requested website instead of opening in the Windows guest's Microsoft Edge copy.

Similarly, it would be beneficial to have WinBoat link to every URI that the guest gains support for comprehending so that any signals intended to be sent back to the Windows guest from opened websites get sent back as expected.

Use-Case

It's bridging website spawn requests to the host and back - makes things significantly more native and also convenient for users.

Proposed Implementation

Could possibly make use of the current bridge used for listing installed applications, if it can be used to receive Windows signals.
