[1.20.1 Forge] Biome Preview - Apply Button - Replace "Return to Main Menu" with "Return to World Creation"

When previewing the biomes of a world and hitting apply, you are given two options:

1. Go into the full world preview
2. Return to the main menu
   I think we should instead be given the choice of the world preview, or returning to the world creation menu. Returning to the main menu does let you keep the world, but then you have to go back to Singleplayer, press re-create on the world, and keep editing it. It's a bit janky and in my opinion should be changed.
