The current presets are clickable from the UI, but I don't see any other current use for them.
Logitech G Hub allows you to add/remove presets (and one of them is a special "DPI Shift" preset):

And you can assign buttons to quickly change between those presets via the DPI Up / DPI Down actions:

There's also a DPI Shift action, which activates the diamond shaped DPI setting as long as (and only while) you hold the DPI Shift button.
