ReadMe page missing Docker instructions

To add a bit of context, I was working on setting up Uncute Rina in another server. However it is missing docker instructions. It is relatively important to have Docker or another VM for most use cases, since not having a VM is generally a security risk. This is especially the case if the user containing the server instance has administrative or superuser privileges.
