2016 Cx9 black screen after trying to open terminal

Hi,

I need some guidance, after following the steps to prepare the USB. I put the USB on and acc my cx9, after the options came to the screen, I just chose terminal and the screen becomes black. I'm on 74 OS and I already try a couple of things but nothing seems to work.

• Pressed the mix of buttons to restart/reset the HU
• reverse + nav + mute
• max out the dimmer cluster
• Pressed vol for certain time
• disconnected the battery for 5 min
• checked a blown fuse

Btw I noticed that it is just the back light of the screen bc I tried connecting my phone to get Android Auto and I was able to see the shapes of AA plus music from my phone started (any other audio source is working)

Anyone has any other idea?
