Description
A question I'm asking on several repositories that manipulate the Uno R4 for very fast signals.
I performed a register / port manipulation test. With unlimited toggling, I obtained a square wave. On the oscilloscope, the square wave cycles are visible, but with a lot of noise and a very low p-p voltage of about 100 mV. I then adjusted a delay, and although the waveform was better defined, the noise remained (with a more defined period) and the voltage remained low. The noise seems normal to me, except that with the signal voltage being so low, the noise (background noise basically) is relatively higher in comparison. Any suggestions as to why this might be? why the low voltage of the signal.
