Automated dropdowns, asset name, and gaps between blocks in the menu

Hey!
Don't want to annoy, but i haven't found any docs for it and couldn't figure it out myself.

1. How do i make dropdowns in extensions like;
   
   update programatically (via a call)/automatically ("live")?
   Like, i have an event wich should add/remove items from the menu (project sounds), but the menu does not update.
   I've gotten to this:
   vm.runtime._blockInfo[2].menus.find(s=>s.json.type==" ..id ").json.args0[0].options
   But that isn't super helpful.

2. How can i get the "friendly" name (set in the editor) of an asset with its assetId?

3. Is there such a thing as "category" in individual extensions (divider between a group of blocks)? If not with a title, at least a space between blocks?

2. the same asset id might exist in the same project multiple times with different names, but you can loop through vm.runtime.targets and look through (I think) target.sprite.sounds
3. instead of a block object, have "---", see https://github.com/TurboWarp/extensions/blob/master/runtime-options.js
