Record a compelling demo video under 3 minutes showing vibeDeploy in action.

0:10-0:25	User pastes YouTube URL into input form
0:25-1:00	Vibe Council real-time visualization (agents debating, Cross-Examination)
1:00-1:15	"Feasible! Score: 82/100" → development begins
1:15-1:45	Code generation (split screen: frontend + backend)
1:45-2:10	Deployment → live URL → actual app working
2:10-2:30	"From idea to live app. Powered by DigitalOcean Gradient AI."

Acceptance Criteria

• Video under 3 minutes
• Shows REAL working demo (not mockup)
• All 3 key moments visible: input, meeting, deployed app
• Clean audio narration (English)
• Uploaded to YouTube (unlisted) or Vimeo
• URL ready for Devpost submission

Tips

• Record at 1080p minimum
• Use OBS or screen recorder
• Speed up waiting parts (deployment polling)
• Show the live deployed URL working in a browser
