Deleting jumps from a block to top of bullet list

What’s broken?

When I delete some text in a block below a bullet list with several indentation levels, when I finish deleting the text on the block it starts deleting text in the first bullet point.

What did you expect to happen?

It should start deleting in last bullet point item
