Decimal point hack

In rvalue_of_jitfuel in codegen/Imp.ml, a hack has been implemented for distinguishing between different subscripts especially between when "." is to be used and when "->" is to be used. Currently "." is used only if subscript is after a variable. 
As a result it works with Cracker.jd because the only variable is "cracked" which is not a pointer.
