clarify structure of cmake files.
proposal:
- operating systems ( windows, macos, linux [+distributions])
- cluster
- libraries ( hardware related like mpi, openmp, opencl, functionality related like lua2c, profiler etc )
- build configurations
- package creation
- project related (t.ex doxygen, testing, code coverage? )
