Missing MIRTK parameter files #2

Hey @j-duan, hope you're doing well this odd year!
The Python scripts call MIRTK tools with parameter files named ffd_motion.cfg, ffd_refine.cfg, ffd_label_.cfg, and ffd_label_1.cfg (possibly others as well). Although these are available in the provided Docker image, it would be good to include these files in the code repository for reference.
