Add simulated temp code, & prediction data for figure#4 to Model Archive after review

Two items still in dev. will be added to this MA after review.

1. Add Simulated temperatures (Figure 4 in the manuscript)
   • add them into new folder PredictedTemps into 03-Model_Predictions/model_outputs in three locations:
     • 03-Model_Predictions/model_outputs/CustomLoss2(?)/PredictedTemps
     • 03-Model_Predictions/model_outputs/BaseModel/PredictedTemps
     • 03-Model_Predictions/model_outputs/InputDataShortList/PredictedTemps
2. Script to make the figures in the manuscript
   • add to top level /03_Model_Predictions/
