Show Seats Capacity in section settings page

Skedge currently pulls the professors name out of the Details portion of each row when choosing which sections to include for a course. This information is then added to a new column.

Also pull out the Seats Capacity and add this information to the already existing column for Seats Open. This way instead of just knowing there are say "40" seats open a user will know there are "40/80" seats.
