Change language 404 error

I get 404 error when I try to change language
In my case gragh deployed in subdir graph
And page that I have 404 error has URL http://<my_domain>/graph/en/graph

Looks like it is wrong URL. It should be http://<my_domain>/graph/en/
I will check url composing for change language.
