[cli] after auth completed page

When using cli to auth through a website and it succeeds
It redirects to a page

And it should be redirected to current frontend url? e.g. https://ceremony.unirep.io

we will do this issue at later date, since its within the package and require different human resources, will need to visit the trusted-setup entire package as well.
