Get access to shared mailboxes for training

As training lead for RIT, I should get access to

• The ServiceNow queue
• "ITS Research Training" its-research-training@manchester.ac.uk - submitted a Connect ticket 10th Oct
  • Anja and Nigel currently have access, should remove Nigel
• Do I need its.training@manchester.ac.uk or is that for student-facing things? Contact owners to check?

ITS research training address is trying to forward to Nigel and getting a bounceback on every message. We should remove him from the owners. I think there is a connect ticket for this?
