Review historic course data

Trying to just figure out how many courses we run per year.

Sources are the training catalogue and the attendance spreadsheet.

Not all courses in the training catalogue actually ran, some were cancelled. For some reason lots of courses seem to have a ghost instance dates 1st august 2023 - 1st august 2024 that has only pending or cancelled students, but still gets counted as an instance.

I need to go through the training catalogue data and find out what courses actually ran, add any that are missing from the attendance spreadsheet to it, including cancelled ones.

Copied all missing courses from the training catalogue into the spreadsheet, including the annual bug ones.
The spreadsheet and training catalogue now match as to what courses ran each year back to 2023. Further back would be useful but time consuming so this is lower priority.
