Add Gatwick (EGKK) split GMC position

What are the changes?

Gatwick GMC is being split into 2 positions, North and South, which need defining.

EGKK_N_GND on 121.540, controller ID: KKG
EGKK_S_GND on 121.805, controller ID: KKGS

GMC North is the primary position, which has top-down responsibilities for GMP.

GMC North and South will not be openable at the same time without GMP online, so it should be similar to Heathrow (EGLL) in that regard.
