Cannot Import general files stack

The program pop out Information says that I didnt choose a file whose name is like xxx_000001.yyy, but actually my filename is exactly that format(Ana_000001.tif, Ana_000002.tif, they're in the same folder.) No matter which file I choose(series num 001 or other No.), it always pop out so I cannot import the files. I try it on Windows 10 and Windows 7 they all have this question.
How can I solve it?
