May we have separate release tag for each incremental build.

Currently all the builds are available under a single release tag v0.2.0

I am using scoop to install the latest build on my windows machine which relies on new tags for each release v0.2.0.11, v0.2.0.23, v0.2.0.26. Otherwise scoop cannot install the latest version of the binaries.
