Rebase the code

The source at the moment is slow and hard to use, the zero coin although mostly phased out still remains in some capacity, the best solution from here is to get the latest Bitcoin source, put veil on top of it and work from that with a faster newer and more secure version.

I also agree, the code needs to be updated.
