ROS handlers with newer versions #87

In the ROS handlers install.sh the ROS version is hard coded to Fuerte, which is some releases behind. Is there anyone who has tried to adapt it to the newer ROS versions (Kinetic Kame/Jade/Indigo) already?
If not I'll probably try to migrate it.
