Licensing unclear #5

Hi,
Although the license file reads that the source is being distributed under the MIT license, each source file states:
// Created by Uladzimir Papko on 6/26/15.
// Copyright (c) 2015 Visput. All rights reserved.
//
I am concerned that if I were to use this open source project assuming that the MIT license is the correct license, I will be wrong. Can you please clarify and perhaps change the headers to reflect the actual license?
