Current conda package has too many dependencies #34
Description
The conda package described by commit 1d6716a32d4d739baad0cc18c1ecde88b301d4f5 with Julia version set to 0.6.1 takes more than 12 hours to build on my laptop after running conda install -c seanla pathogist. This is way too long for a conda package to install, so we should reduce the number of dependencies in the conda package ASAP.
