Slalib no longer on cygnus?

It seems that slalib is no longer hosted on the cygnus server anymore preventing the installation of cpp-subs and therefore the other Tom Marsh code that requires cpp-subs. Is there somewhere else I can find this?

Hi Alex, I didn't do the original work on this, but my understanding is that this version no longer needs slalib Are you getting an error on installation? If so, can you post it?
