Allow console input

A much wanted feature (at least by myself). I stumbled upon this project: https://github.com/clue/php-stdio-react

I'm not exactly sure how we'd implement this. Maybe shove this into a module. We can't use regular IRC commands with it so separate commands would need to be developed.
