Rule_id #mandatory
RulePattern_id #optional, for automate notifications to rule MAINTAINER and MANAGER when a template pattern changes
RuleName #max 50 char, mandatory
RuleSentence #max 280 char, mandatory
RuleParagraph #max 1000 char, optional
RuleURL #optional
