XAFS.org not readily accessible

Firstly, great idea! 100% support and happy to contribute.

xafs.org suffers from recent ANL firewaall issues. I cannot access the site from here.

Can you do some kind of dump of the static content from xafs.org and put it someplace outside the ANL firewall?

Currently https://millenia.cars.aps.anl.gov/xafs/ has the content of xafs.org.

I think we're just trying to salvage what is useful....

In order to better be able to point to many of the PDF and image documents that had been on xafs.org, I salvaged and organized many of the more useful "attachments" from the MOIN data and uploaded these to https://docs.xrayabsorption.org/

This allows more permanent and better-looking URLs for these documents, and an easy way to point to them from the ReST source code.
