Windows 10 64bit

Both versions seem to work correctly, I don't notice any difference in performance (it fluctuates slightly within the static error margin).

The "koboldcpp_rocm.exe" build works fine as far as I can tell on my 6700XT in Win 11.
Every other build after v1.79.1 was crashing on it.

I do, b2 version is working fine.
